Change to the Activation Process for Version 1.0 and 2.0 Users
Because of a change in our hosted activation server, QuiltAlbum Versions 1.0 and 2.0 cannot be activated and registered. All users should upgrade to Version 2.2.
Version 2.0 users can apply the Version 2.0 Updater to patch the problem. This will allow them to re-activate. However, we urge upgrading to Version 2.2 instead to avoid other problems.
To apply the Version 2 updater, please follow these instructions carefully:
If you are installing for the first time from a CD:
- Install QuiltAlbum Version 2.0 normally from your CD.
- Launch QuiltAlbum using the shortcut that has been placed on your desktop (on a PC, QuiltAlbum will launch automatically following installation).
- When you come to the screen asking you to activate QuiltAlbum, EXIT QUILTALBUM using the button at the bottom of the page. Do not try to activate QuiltAlbum at this stage.
- Download and install the QuiltAlbum Version 2 Updater (click here).
- Re-launch QuiltAlbum again using your desktop shortcut.
- This time you can activate and register using the License Key provided.
- Proceed to enjoy QuiltAlbum!
If you have already installed QuiltAlbum Version 2.0 and need to re-activate or re-register it, proceed directly to Step 4 above.
